Infusion Exhaustion

The main effect I get from Tysabri is sleepiness. I feel so exhausted after my hour long infusions, that all I do is sleep for approximately three days. But I haven't been getting my usual amount of rest (not much to begin with) the last couple of weeks. So today's infusion had me closing my eyes very heavily for the duration of my stay. I just wonder if Tysabri really is the best option for me some days.
